Our pallet production process consists of three main methods: injection molding, rotational molding, and blow molding. Each technique is utilized to manufacture different types of pallets, ensuring we can meet a wide range of customer needs and requirements.
Material Mixing: The pre-mixed materials are blended in a mixer, then loaded into the injection molding machine, where they are heated and plastified.
Molding: The molten plastic is injected into the mold to form the pallet. After molding, the pallet undergoes cooling before being ejected from the mold, typically using a robotic arm.
Trimming & Inspection: Workers trim excess material and remove burrs, ensuring the pallet is free of defects before it is stored.
1. Material mixing: The mixer mixes the raw materials to a certain degree and then feeds them to the injection molding machine.
2. Molding: The raw materials mixed by the injection molding machine are placed in the split mold while hot (or heated to a softened state). After the mold is closed, compressed air is immediately injected into the parison to make the plastic parison.
3. Trimming and deburring: The production of plastic pallets requires workers to trim and deburr the pallets at the operating table. Check the appearance of the pallet. Finally, it can be put into storage.
