Material Mixing: The raw materials, such as HDPE or PP, are mixed with additives, colorants, and stabilizers in a mixer to ensure uniform consistency. The blended material is then loaded into the mold for molding.
Molding: The mold is heated in an oven to soften the material. It then rotates on two axes, ensuring even distribution of the plastic on the mold’s inner surface. The mold continues to rotate as the material cools and solidifies into the desired shape.
Trimming and Inspection: After cooling, the molded product is removed from the mold. Any excess material (flash) is trimmed off, and the product is thoroughly inspected for defects, ensuring it meets quality standards before being stored or shipped.
